Our Lady of the Valley will accept electronic payments through a new secure resident portal from Converge starting March 1st. Residents will have the option to pay rent online with quick and convenient online payments. You will be able to pay your monthly bill from your computer or mobile device—24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
Features will include:
- Secure online and in-person access to pay by ACH, Credit Card, Debit Card, or electronic check.
- Ability to set up an individual payment or set up recurring payments.
- This is optional; you may continue to pay by check.
Please note: There will be a surcharge of 3.0% on the transaction amount all Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express products, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance. We do not surcharge Visa, MasterCard or Discover debit cards. An electronic check alternative is also offered to avoid surcharge fees.
