Our Lady of the Valley now accepts electronic payments through a new secure resident portal administered by Converge. Residents have the option to pay rent online with quick and convenient online payments. You can pay your monthly bill from your computer or mobile device—24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
Features will include:
- Secure online and in-person access to pay by ACH, Credit Card, Debit Card, or electronic check.
- Ability to set up an individual payment or set up recurring payments.
- This is optional; you may continue to pay by check.
Please note: We add a 3% surcharge on all credit card payments. This surcharge is not greater than our total cost of accepting credit cards. There is no surcharge for debit card payments. If you do not wish to proceed with this payment, please click Back to Order Section and pay by alternate means.
