The future always holds some uncertainty, but at Our Lady of the Valley we’re here to help minimize the unknown.

When a family member requires a high level of care, you will find it here.  State-of-the-art, personalized therapy care is provided in the Our Lady of the Valley Nursing and Rehab Center.  Should long-term care be needed, it is provided in the Nursing and Rehab Center.

Current residents will receive priority admission to the Our Lady of the Valley Nursing and Rehab Center should the need ever arise. Families can rest assured knowing that their loved one does not have to make a stressful move to another community because their needs have changed.

Our Lady of the Valley is proud to work with Dr. Bradley J. Goad, the Medical Director for our Skilled Nursing Community, including the Our Lady of the Valley Nursing and Rehab Center.  This exciting addition to our team will also enhance our Medical Staff by offering a provider-on-site model with coverage five days per week through his physician extender, Jamie Smith, NP.   To learn more about Dr. Goad, download his biography here.
